Partnership

Partnership forms part of the role of the human resource division.  They provide support, oversee and review the implementation of the modernisation agenda in partnership through the joint management/union forum, the Local Authority National Partnership Advisory Group (LANPAG), and the implementation of the LANPAG strategic plan.
